Intelligent electronic whiteboard daily use and maintenance precautions

The whiteboard surface is the main part of the intelligent electronic whiteboard and an important display part. Its maintenance needs to start from the daily use and maintenance and cleaning.

During the use of the whiteboard, there must be no contact with the board surface. Contact with the whiteboard is too diverse or contact with items capable of causing intelligent electronic whiteboard, which may cause some writing operations on the electronic whiteboard to be recorded. If it is in contact with the magnet, it will make a "beep" sound, which affects the normal use of the whiteboard.

The surface of the intelligent electronic whiteboard is generally made of high-quality wear-resistant materials, which are generally difficult to break during normal use, but it is necessary to avoid damage and scratching the surface with sharp objects (such as knives, sharp nails, etc.). Under normal circumstances, do not leave the writing on the board for a long time, so it is not easy to clean. In the process of using the electronic whiteboard, you can't use the oil-based marker to write on the electronic whiteboard! In case of this, you must immediately wipe the surface of the whiteboard with absorbent cotton and alcohol. In order to ensure a good display of the board surface, the board surface needs to be cleaned frequently. If the whiteboard is used frequently, it is best to clean it once a week or so to maintain optimal clarity.

The interactive whiteboard should first exit the system before cleaning the whiteboard panel. Because touching the screen while the computer is in another state (for example, when a program is open or on the desktop), pressing the screen activates the program or messes up the icon. After exiting the system, turn the projector into standby mode, which makes it easier to display stains and streaks. When moving the copyboard, do not touch the screen or wipe the whiteboard.

Generally, the surface of the electronic whiteboard is cleaned and cleaned with a clean soft cloth. Do not scrub the screen with a dry cloth to avoid electrostatic charge. The damp cloth used for scrubbing must be wrung out, no water can flow out, and water should not be allowed to penetrate into the plate from the bottom frame. It can also be used after a small area of non-abrasive denatured alcohol or glass cleaner. A special whiteboard cleaner can achieve better cleaning results. If you encounter dirt that is difficult to remove, you can spray the cleaner onto the panel and then wipe it with a paper towel.

To remove the marks left by the permanent marker, first completely cover them with the ink of the dry-erase marker and then wipe it off with a soft cloth. Dry erase inks contain solvents that dissolve the permanent ink. If the original permanent ink still has traces, apply standard glass cleaner or whiteboard cleaner to this area and wipe it clean.

Note that when wiping dirt, do not use thinner and volatile oil to wipe the writing surface of the whiteboard. Otherwise, discoloration or damage to the writing surface may occur. Do not use detergents containing surfactants such as detergents for furniture, otherwise the writing contents may not be possible. Wipe off. It is best to check the instructions provided with the whiteboard device before cleaning.
